mod_cluster demo app fails on EAP 7
Issue
- We see the following exception when trying to use the mod_cluster demo app in EAP 7:
ERROR [io.undertow.request] (default task-39) UT005023: Exception handling request to /load-demo/record: javax.servlet.ServletException: Failed to locate jvm route!
