mod_proxy_fcgi module does not respect the configured timeout
Issue
The mod_proxy_fcgi module does not respect the configured timeout. It seems this was hardcoded to 30s. I would expect mod_proxy_fcgi to respect Timeout or ProxyTimeout parameter.
