External Remote Repositories Show Up in Fabric Child Containers, Even when Verified Removed from Parents

Issue

All references to external repos from {FUSE_HOME}/etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg, {FUSE_HOME}/etc/io.fabric8.maven.cfg, {FUSE_HOME}/fabric/import/fabric/profiles/default.profile/io.fabric.agent.properties are removed and no references to external repositories (example: http://repo1.maven.org) are returned when executing config:list at the Fuse Karaf console; however, when config:list is executed on a newly-created child container, external remote repositories are returned.
