After running foreman-rake katello:reindex, content host list is empty on Red Hat Satellite Server.

Issue

• After running foreman-rake katello:reindex, listing Content Hosts in WebUI or in hammer shows no Content Hosts.
• Other indicators (WebUI dashboard, rake console, direct pgsql query,..) show the expected number of Content Hosts, just listing them provides nothing.
• In the past, reindex.rake script was updated per this solution
