- How can I close a case in the customer portal?
- How to close Red Hat technical support support tickets from the customer portal?
Resolution
Cases can be closed using the following steps;
- Login to the customer portal
- Click on 'Support' tab.

Click on 'View support cases'.

Select the case to be closed.

Click the Actions drop-down menu, on the right side of the screen.

Choose 'Close this case'.
