Cases can be closed using the following steps;

  1. Login to the customer portal
  2. Click on 'Support' tab.
  3. Click on 'View support cases'.


  4. Select the case to be closed.


  5. Click the Actions drop-down menu, on the right side of the screen.

  6. Choose 'Close this case'.
