The sendmail server is not able to receive all the mails when the ICMP is blocked on the system.
Issue
The sendmail server is not able to receive emails from certain servers. Logs state the below.
sendmail[26116]: nBHGacRi026116: SYSERR(root): collect: read timeout on connection from example.com, from=<>
sendmail[26695]: nBHGp2Mj026695: SYSERR(root): collect: read timeout on connection from example.net, from=<user.name@example.net
