JBoss EAP: Error accessing external DTD or Schema

Issue

  • When we brought up the server,  we get this message:

    17:37:41,220 ERROR [ContainerBase] Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.jboss.seam.servlet.SeamListener
org.jboss.seam.InstantiationException: Could not instantiate Seam component: org.jboss.seam.navigation.pages     
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.dom4j.DocumentException: Error on line 1 of document http://www.jboss.com/ : 
The markup declarations contained or pointed to by the document type declaration must be well-formed.
