There is still a partition(sda1) after "ceph-deploy disk zap node1:sda"
Issue
ceph-deploy disk zap does not kill ceph osd deamon itself. If you run this command when an osd deamon is running, partition table will not be cleared.
I will describe full procedures from creating OSD to destroying OSD.
