How to reboot nodes in RedHat OpenStack Platform without loss of VMs and without migration
Issue
How can one reboot a hypervisor without loss of data on instances when migration is not an option? The goal is to cleanly shut down all instances which run on a hypervisor, then to reboot the hypervisor and bring all instances back up.
