Incorrect permissions on systemd .service files

systemd .service files have incorrect permissions, as one can see in system logs:

May  5 16:34:02 prod-epg-ostkc-02 systemd: Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/openstack-nova-conductor.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.
