Error starting httpd service in SELinux enforcing mode during packstack install

Issue

While installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 7.0 using packstack , it errors out complaining httpd service cannot be started.
During a packstack install with SELinux set to enforcing, I am not able to start httpd service. Although when set to permissive, I can start httpd service.
