How to prevent IPA users from viewing other IPA users' information?

Issue

• When a user login to IPA WEB UI with credentials, user has an option "Active User" where user can see list of all the available users on IPA server. From this list he can check/read details of other users.
• Why IPA users are able to see details of other users?
• How to restrict IdM users from viewing other IdM users' information?
• Is there an option to limit the scope of the DS objects user can see in self service?
• How to limit IPA WebUI from showing all users information to other IPA users?
