MetaMatrix Console shows clustered server as not registered

Issue

• I've configured two metamatrix servers to run in a cluster and share the same configuration repository.  They both start but when I attach the console and look at system state the remote server says it's not registered.  If I log onto the remote server and start the console it says it's running but the original server isn't registered (ie vica versa).
