Conga fails to create an LVM resource for Red Hat Cluster Suite when the Logical Volume Name is left blank

Issue

Luci is not able to configure a HA-LVM resource where the LV name is empty.
The lvm resource type's lv_name attribute is optional, but Conga will fail to create one if it is left blank
An error is thrown by Conga when adding a service with an LVM resource that has its Logical Volume Name left blank:
