Attempting to run pvremove results in a "Can't open exclusively" error
Issue
- When attempting to run
pvremove, we get the following error:
Can't open exclusively - not removing. Mounted filesystem?
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4
- lvm2-2.02.46-8.el5_4.2-x86_64
- device-mapper-1.02.32-1.el5-x86_64
