Satellite 6: Supported virtual drivers for Bootdisk

Issue
Satellite 6 supports Bootdisk provisioning based via iPXE or SYSLINUX for PXE-less and/or DHCP-less environments. Not all emulated virtualization drivers are compatible tho, this articles provides list of verified hypervisors and driver combinations which allows Bootdisk provisioning with Satellite 6.2.
The following bootdisk images work with these drivers:
- Host image
- Generic image
- Full host image
- Subnet image
