[Satellite6] goferd doesnt connect to Satellite, logging "katelloplugin:87 - 'ca_cert_dir'" warning

Issue

  • goferd on a Content Host does not (re)connect to Satellite/Capsule
    • it just logs [WARNING][MainThread] katelloplugin:87 - 'ca_cert_dir' and nothing else
  • restarting the process does not help
