After running gfs2_fsck on 2 filesystemslot of cruft in lost+found. Deleting them by name results in "no such file or directory"

Issue

After running fsck.gfs2 on a GFS2 file-system there were files in the /lost+found/ directory. These files could not be deleted. Eventually a LVM withdrawn occurred.
