Support additional secrets with Source-To-Image strategy

Issue

  • According to the documentation https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/openshift-enterprise/3.0/developer-guide/chapter-7-builds#custom-strategy-options only custom builds allow to configure arbitrary secrets. I'd like to have the option to configure secrets for STI strategy and have access to those secrets from the sti/assemble script.
