Unable to add a RHEL 6 host to a RHEV environment during New Zealand Daylight Savings Time

Issue

  • Adding a RHEL-based Hypervisor to RHEV Manager fails with the event log entry:

    Host lab2.example.com installation failed. Please refer to log files for further details..
    
  • /var/log/rhevm/rhevm.log contains the error:
