OpenShift 3 deployer fails at fetching the replication controller object from the master

Issue

  • A few times per day, the OpenShift deployer fails at fetching the replication controller object from the master with the following error:

    deployer.go:65] couldn't get deployment test/nodejs-1: Get https://master01.openshift.com:8443/api/v1/namespaces/test/replicationcontrollers...: dial tcp: i/o timeout
