Why rbd map is failing when exclusive-lock, object-map, fast-diff and deep-flatten features are enabled in RBD image ?

Issue

• Why rbd map command is failing when exclusive-lock, object-map, fast-diff and deep-flatten features are enabled in RBD image ?
• KRBD : rbd map command is failing, we should log correct error message either in system logs or in standard error output.
