rgmanager crashes with stvagente software installed and forces node to reboot in RHEL

Issue

rgmanager crashes, node reboots when this happens

Logs show watchdog daemon died, but no segfault is logged:

Dec  7 21:55:00 node3_pub clurgmgrd[4370]: <crit> Watchdog: Daemon died, rebooting...

clurgmgrd (main process, not watchdog) process receives a SIGABRT signal causing it to die and dump core
