2016-02-24 21:01:27,466 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.MergeStatusCommand] (pool-6-thread-6) [324d21a6] Failed to live merge, still in volume chain: [c7b9edca-a43e-4a56-aa5d-8fa251eaf288, 3033fb6d-6f8f-4876-8fe7-066fe9c7e588]
  • The vdsm logs on the host on which the VM was running show that the merge seemed to complete with errors, but the resultant volume chain was the same as it was prior to the merge.

  • There were no indications of any error in the messages logged for libvirtd or qemu.
