RHEL is not able to print text files containing international characters like "ë é ú ü"
Issue
- The Common Unix printing System (CUPS) in RHEL is not able to print text files containing international characters like "ë; é; ú; ü".
- The printer is not able to print text file containing German 'umlaut' and special characters, for example "ä" or "ß".
- We are having a printing issue on cups printers. The images come out all right but some pages are missing.
- Files are printed without any umlauts.
