Update conman to 0.2.7
Issue
- Customer is currently carrying conman 0.2.7 in order to support the 'ipmiopts' option which was added in 0.2.7 and for several IPMI SOL bugs that were fixed in 0.2.6 & 0.2.7.
- Latest available in RHEL is 0.2.5, please rebase to 0.2.7 or later.
