Issue

System with nVidia Corporation MCP55 High Definition Audio controller using snd_hda_intel audio driver has problem playing sound after upgrade from RHEL5.3 to RHEL5.4.
Sound works when same system is booted with old kernel (2.6.18-128.7.1.el5). The 5.4 kernel (2.6.18-164.el5) has no sound.
