Remote transactional work is not coordinated with local when using JTS in EAP

Issue

• A transaction is started on server 1
• An EJB call is made via IIOP to a remote server 2 which should participate in the JTS transaction
• The work on server 2 completes and a subsequent rollback is performed on server 1
• After rollback occurs on server 1, the work performed on server 2 is found to have been committed
