How to use TaskStakeholder and BusinessAdministrator in jBPM5

Issue

We need to have a Human Task that is assigned to a specific individual but also allow this task to appear in the task list of one or two other individuals (such as users who are in a management role and need visibility into the task list of others). I see that there are concepts of taskStakeholder and businessAdministrator. Can you please provide either documentation and/or background on what taskStakeholder and businessAdministrator are.
