Remote user unable to login using SSH, error in logs sshd[1234]: error: Could not get shadow information for user.
Issue
System configured to use Kerberos authentication. "Kinit username" works but user could not login via SSH.
In /var/log/secure this message is displayed -
sshd[1234]: error: Could not get shadow information for user.
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
