Error seen in production.log "PGError: server closed the connection unexpectedly"
Issue
The following error seen in /var/log/foreman/production.log
2016-03-29 16:07:47 [E] PGError: server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally
before or while processing the request.
(Sequel::DatabaseDisconnectError)
