Issue

After patching, system is now not able to start openstack-nova-novncproxy.service on the controller running horizon dashboard. This prevents connecting to VM thru horizon dashboard console.
When trying to start the novnceproxy service, the following error is seen:

   TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'no_parent'

It looks like this is related to python-websockify package error based on redhat bugzilla.(1220081)
