How to remove unused locales from "/usr/share/locale" in RHEL6?
Issue
- There are lots of language files in
"/usr/share/locale"directory, but that all are not used by user. How would we safely get rid of all the unused files from the locale directory? - Is it safe to remove language files from
"/usr/share/locale"directory? - The
/usris running out of space. Lack of space on/usrdirectory due to"/usr/share/locale"directory consuming most of the space. How to remove unused locale files from this directory?
