IPA - Caught fault 4205 - attribute "ipaSELinuxUserMapOrder" not allowed error

Issue

In some cases, it may be possible to get an error like below, when trying to change some configuration parameters such as the ipaSELinuxUserMapDefault, either through the ipa config-mod comand line, or the gui:

ipa: DEBUG: Caught fault 4205 from server http://ipaserver1.example.com/ipa/xml: attribute "ipaSELinuxUserMapDefault" not allowed

and

ipa: ERROR: attribute "ipaSELinuxUserMapDefault" not allowed

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
    ipa-server-3.0.0-25.el6.x86_64

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3
    ipa-server-2.2.0-16.el6.x86_64
