puppet modules tab hangs after removing a puppet module from the Products

Issue

• After removing a puppet module from a Products, the puppet modules tab in a content view is continuously loading and never ends.
• puppet module tab in content view hangs after removing a module from the Products.
• Removing a Puppet module from the Libary after it had been added to a content view caused the Puppet Modules tab to become unresponsive.
