Data Objects, DRL and Test Scenarios are not loading from Business Central - Red Hat Customer Portal

Issue

The Business Central UI does not appear to be in a responsive state even after refreshing the browser and restarting the server. When user clicks, or double-clicks on any of the Data Objects, DRL or Test Scenarios in Business Central , the editor do not appear to be editable. It occurs both in Internet Explorer and in Google Chrome browsers as well.
User is also seeing behavior with all projects in the repository. It occurs with brand new project as well.
