root user unable to access nfs folder on few servers whereas possible for few servers

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

  • We have a nfs share from NAS & it is exported to wide range of IP.
  • We are able to mount it successfully on all those servers to where it is exported. Accessing the mount point(cd command) throws error (permission denied).
root@node1# df -hPT /usr/sap/conv/

root@node1# cd /usr/sap/conv/
bash: cd: /usr/sap/conv/: Permission denied
