[Satellite 6.1] When a new host is being provisioned with a full 'host' image, file size is only 1MB
Issue
When trying to download full host bootable ISO image, the file size is only 1MB instead of full 40MB+ file size.
Can not provision using that image.

- Satellite 6.0.x
- Satellite 6.1.x
