The "Enable to set VM Maintenance reason" option on Cluster does not work
Issue
Selecting the "Enable to set VM Maintenance reason" option on the Cluster configuration means that you are given an optional test field to enter a reason when powering down a VM.
Upon powerdown a "note" is placed next to the VM in the Status column, but hovering over the status does not display the reason.
Maintenance reason is written to the event log.
