The Folder dropdown list at time of provisioning is confusing or not neatly displayed

Issue

The Folder drop-down select list show all available folders in VMware, but only the current and the parent folder is shown. In deeper and a tiny bit complex structures this becomes hard to read.
- This following folder paths:
```
Customer/Bob/Prod/Linux
Customer/Alice/Prod/Linux
```
- Are displayed in the "Folder" drop-down select list like this:
```
Customer/Bob
Prod/Linux
Customer/Alice
Prod/Linux
```
Besides from knowing that the entries are displayed in order, when there are folder structures which are deep its hard to understand those.
