EsperTech EsperHA cannot find its licence file when used in a Fuse application
Issue
The EsperTech EsperHA event manager is a commercial product, that requires a signed licence file to run. In the OSGi environment, it is not clear where to install this licence file.

Probably Fuse 7.x is affected as well, although insufficient information is available to be certain.
