Different crashes involving IPv6 np->opt
Issue
- Server rebooted unexpectedly and /etc/resolv.conf changed unexpectedly. Need to know who/what rebooted the server.
- Random crashes in RHEL6 and RHEL7 when using Ipv6 extended header options
np->opt.
