How to enable initial-setup without any preconfigured values after installation in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • We want to enable initial-setup again after installation.
  • We ran the following command to enable it.
# systemctl enable initial-setup-graphical.service
  • After reboot, initial-setup started properly, but it included some pre-configured values like IP address, hostname, and so on.
  • We have a step to be done like this.
    • Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
    • Configire the static network information in the initial-setup in the first boot on our environment.
    • Do some tasks on that, and enable the initial-setup again.
    • In another environment, power on the hardware, and initial-setup starts without any pre-configured values like the static IP address and hostname.
  • How can I realize that?
