How to change the IP address of the default docker0 bridge ?

Issue

  • docker service unable to start after changing the default docker0 bridge and throws the below error.

        Error starting daemon: Error initializing network controller: Error creating default "bridge" network: failed to allocate gateway(10.74.XXX.XXX):Address already in use

Environment

  • RHEL 7.9
  • podman-1.6.4
