Hawtio console logs you out when connecting to a different Fuse/A-MQ server on the same host

Issue

• There are multiple, running instances of Fuse or A-MQ on the same physical host, each of which exposes its own Hawtio console, on different ports. It is not possible to use the same browser with different tabs or windows to interact with the different Hawtio consoles -- when switching from one to another, the session is logged out.

• Unable to Login simultaneously into Web Console of two brokers running in the same server
