LVM volumes on top of dm-multipath missing at reboot
Issue
- Sometimes at System boot, the
/dev/vg*device file links do not get properly configured, making the expected LVM2 Logical volumes unavailable
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2
- SAN Storage with
multipathand LVM
