New Fibre card added to the server but is not seen by the os

Issue

• A fibre channel HBA was installed on the server and when booted the server did not see the card. There are two nodes and both configured the same configuration. One sees the card while other does not. The initrd was rebuilt and server rebooted but still not detecting the card.
