[Satellite6] Testing connection to Docker compute resource raises Errno::EACCES on connect
Issue
- having an external docker compute resource with docker listening on (default) port 4243
- testing the connection, or trying to list raises "
Permission denied - connect(2) (Errno::EACCES)" error - no log contains anything relevant
Environment
- Red Hat Satellite 6.1
- Red Hat Satellite 6.2
- SELinux in enforcing mode
