Error initializing mod_jk shm file errno=2
Issue

When starting Apache with mod_jk we are seeing the following error in the mod_jk logs:
[error] mod_jk.c (3166): Initializing shm:/usr/apache2/run/jk.shm.6798 errno=2. Load balancing workers will not function properly.
