ProxyErrorOverride disables workers when a 50x error code is returned by the backend server
Issue
- When we use ProxyErrorOverride and receive a 500 response from the JBoss backend through mod_cluster, we see that worker is put an error state and traffic to it is disabled. This causes unwanted session failover and also leads to
